  The subs here are true east coast style.
  My favorite is the Italian.  The cheese steak is also very good.
  Never a bad sub and always friendly service.
  I highly recommend anything on the menu.

  Their quality has gone down pretty quickly. Their toaster oven isn't working more days than it does so their subs are like anywhere else when they're cold. They said to ask for double toast if you want it toasted like they use to. What? Fix the one you've got then. Help is usually outside smoking.

  I'm sick and tired of our hero. IVE HAD IT with ordering from them.
  Close at 10pm...Call at 9:45 one time and get my sub. Call another time and Noooooooo. They advise that you have to order at least 30 minutes before close to ensure you can get food. Called tonight at 9:25  because I know and they said no.
  YOU say you close at 10pm. NOT me. YOU.
  YOU say order by 9:30 for takeout. I did and you still say NOOOO when it suits you.
  Terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service.
  Jump off a cliff "our hero"
  What's next? Order an hour before closing time then 2, then 3?
  Then what? Order a day ahead of time?
  Sick of it
  Go to Catanzaro's!
  Or anywhere for that matter
  I certainly will from now on

  Our hero is an awesome plave to eat. They have multiple locations in Springfield Ohio. In my opinion they have some of the best subs around but we think the Plum Street location just tastes better but we also go to this location because it is great too.
